FIELD: processing of wastes of cemented-carbide tools. SUBSTANCE: lumpy wastes of cemented-carbide tools are ground by vibrodynamic action of exterior forces, mainly, forces of impact and compression inside own layer of particles of cemented-carbide wastes. In so doing, the process of crushing and grinding by dynamic action of interacting grinding bodies is effected by uniform loading of cemented-carbide wastes over circumference of grinding chamber formed by internal and exterior embracing grinding bodies in a layer equalling at least two average thicknesses of worked lumps. Then, grinding bodies are given antiphase vibration motions simultaneously in two mutually perpendicular directions. In this case, the acting force of grinding bodies on material layer is selected from specific pressure exerted on average section of working zone of internal crushing body from 3 to 6 MPa.
