FIELD: ozone production. SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for application at water and air treatment and disinfection stations as well as in other ozone consuming technologies. Ozone production plant has ozone generator and high- voltage power source. The latter contains rectifier consisting of two diodes connected according to two-half-period rectification circuit and smoothing condenser engaged between external voltage terminals. To one of these terminals, before, rectifier, restricting condenser with pull-down resistor is attached. High-voltage power source contains also high-voltage transformer and blocking generator. One output of rectifier is connected to one of the outputs of primary coil of high-voltage transformer, the other with the other output of the same primary coil through blocking generator, the latter being provided with positive back-coupling with the primary coil.
