SUBSTANCE: ability of destabilization is imparted to protective device as additional ability of counteraction to deforming action of damaging element, for example bullet: change of orientation, trajectory and kinematic characteristics of bullet due to creation of artificial anisotropy through application of nondestructive actions at formation of alternating volume elements which differ from one another by at least magnitude of residual internal stresses (deformation) which are mainly distributed at inclination along surface of protective device for counteraction to head portion of damaging element, as a minimum.
