Surface of force-absorbing member carries dielectric substrate made from monocrystalline material with silicon resistance strain gauges placed into measurement bridge or differential electric circuit. Hole overlapped by dielectric substrate so that resistance strain gauges are positioned in zone of this hole is made close to base of central protrusion. Bearing plate and T-shaped force-absorbing member have different thicknesses with thickness ratio 2:1 and more.
