FIELD: biophysics, chemistry, medicine, radio biology, toxicology and agriculture. SUBSTANCE: heterpolar voltage pulses are fed in turn to electrode pair and their concentration and quality are determined by measured value of capacitive current of working electrode. Electrochemical transformation of radio protectors is found by Faraday current. If this current is present it is minimized decreasing potentials to maintenance of desorption of radio protectors from surface of electrode. Quality analysis is performed on the basis that time of desorption of radio protector with thiol group takes considerably more time than desorption of compounds similar to it having thiophosphoric acid or thiosulphuric acid groups. EFFECT: making method cheaper, enhanced safety of method providing for electrochemical determination of entire variety of sulfur-bearing radio protectors, localization of their action in organism, selection of preparations protecting human beings against ionizing radiations. 23 cl, 6 dwg
