FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: patient's hand is placed in device, and active movements are performed. Device has hand support assembly with counterweight, cramp, adjustment clamps, angle-data transmitters with axles and tie-rods. Angle-data transmitters are connected to computer display for visual representation of hand displacement. Play program for performing 100-150 movements for 15-20 min is set during first seances. Then program is complicated, and during third and fourth seances number of movements is increased to 200-300 and duration, to 45-60 min. Course of treatment consists of 20-30 seances within 45 days.
