FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: preparation is designed as carrier produced from chemically substance intact for organism and bearing information describing the medicinal preparation recorded thereon. The carrier is subjected to direct current magnetic field action at the moment the information is recorded. The device has testing circuit having electrodes and unit for measuring electric conductivity, unit for recording and reproducing the biologically significant information, as well as unit for storing the information as information unit. Units for recording and reproducing the biologically significant information additionally have antenna unit with amplifier. Unit for storing information has switching unit for connecting the information unit antenna to the circuit. The information unit is manufactured as at least one memory cell on the semiconductor silicon crystal as base. The method involves entering information about the medicinal preparation into the carrier intact for organism, acting with direct current magnetic field.
