Die set for making nut wrench includes upper and lower plates, each plate having protrusion for shaping span contour of head of nut wrench. Contours of said protrusions correspond to profiles of formed spans with straight jaws parallel relative to symmetry axis and joined in pairs by means of semicircular walls. Apparatus for working nut wrench includes rotary table, device for fixing said table and strip with seats for heads of nut wrenches arranged on said table. Said seats for heads of nut wrenches are designed for nut wrench with two mutually parallel opened spans having straight jaws parallel relative to symmetry axis and mutually joined by means of semicircular walls.
