FIELD: adjustable wrenches. SUBSTANCE: worm 3 and lead screw 4 are located in channels 11 and 13 of wrench head parallel to each other. Their journals 35 and 37 are located in insert 6 installed in channels 11 and 13 and secured in wrench head. Drive gear 15 of cylindrical gearing is rigidly installed on journal 37 of lead screw 4, and driven gear 14 is installed on journal 35 of worm 3. Outer surface of head has recess 26 communicated with channel 13 and hole 27 for receiving trigger 5 and crossing recess 26 on the side of fixed jaw 10. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 7 dwg
