FIELD: composite materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of layered materials based on polymer matrixes and functional fillers. Multifunctional polymer composite contains polymer matrixes with fillers having at least one substrate and/or at least one local region with specified size and controllable composition based on thermoplastic and/or thermosetting polymers with fillers constituting a layer and/or a local volume. That region is formed by high-temperature beam produced by way of localizing, using special dynamic techniques, mixture of combustion products and, introduced into end region of flame with temperature 500 to 2000 C, polymer materials and fillers.
