FIELD: electrolyzer, device and method of metal recovery from mineral by electrolysis. SUBSTANCE: electrolyzer has thin-walled tube made of metal which is to be deposited and located between two plastic end covers. Upper and lower end covers have inlet and outlet holes, respectively, whose axes are arranged on tangent line to ring-shaped hollow formed between tube and cylindrical electrode forming the anode located over central axis of electrolyzer. In this case, anode ends pass through each cover. One cover has hole for gas discharge. It promotes formation of turbulent flow inside ring-shaped hollow to ensure uniform deposition of material on tube by electrolysis. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 14 cl, 4 dwg
