FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this can be used for arrangement of separate grade crossings in high-speed motor roads at minimal ground area required in conditions of urban built-up regions and especially in reconstruction of city roads in built-up areas. In separate grade crossing one of traffic lanes of main highway of crossing is located higher than oncoming traffic lane of same highway. Entry and change to higher traffic lane are located on overpass structures. Right-side or left-side entries and changes of opposite traffic lanes are connected along tangential line relative to each other. In given real case, one of traffic lanes of main highway is located at ground level. Entry and change to higher traffic lane are located on overpasses above oncoming traffic lane and they cross this traffic lane. In one version right-hand entry to lower traffic lane of main highway is located below left-hand change of higher located traffic lane of this highway. Separated oncoming traffic lanes of secondary motor road are connected to each other and together with change and entry of opposite traffic lane of main highway they create closed ring with counterclockwise direction of traffic travel.
