FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: gearbox has taper friction members installed on parallel shafts, and control lever. Taper friction members are mounted on cranks eccentrically relative to shafts. Friction member of drive shaft, mounted for rotation relative to shaft, is made in form of hollow cone connected with translational motion mechanism. Second cone is installed coaxially in its space. Hollow cone of driven shaft is arranged in space between drive shaft cone. Driven shaft hollow cone is installed on driven shaft crank by means of retainer for radial movement. Crank of driven shaft has longitudinal slot accommodating spring between crank hub and retainer. Driven shaft in connected with vehicle transmission by means of spline joint, and it has circular slot to receiver gear shifter fork.
