The gear ratio control mechanism is made in the form of sectional electromagnet 6 positioned at least in one friction member. The sections of the electromagnet are located in series along the axis of rotation of the friction member. The gear ratio mechanism has also power supply unit 9, collector 8 connecting each section of the electromagnet to power supply unit 9 and control unit 10 connected to it.
