FIELD: lighting engineering; projection- type head lamps for motor cars. SUBSTANCE: head lamp has reflector 1, light source 2, screen 3, and lens 4. Placed below head lamp axis 12 between lens 4 and refractor 6 is aperture reflector 5. The latter has reflecting surface 51 inclined in vertical plane to head lamp axis 12 through angle that determines, together with length L, intensity and geometry of light beam above horizontal axis in vertical direction. Crosswise size of light beam above horizontal line depends on radial bending of reflecting surface 51 of aperture reflector 5 with radius Rx and width S and/or reflecting components 52 on reflecting surface 51. Refractor 6 is provided with optical facility having crosswise and/or vertical deflection in region 61 that closes aperture reflector 5 and bottom part of lens 4. EFFECT: improved design. 5 cl, 3 dwg
