FIELD: medicine, cardiology. SUBSTANCE: method involves analysis of venous blood in patient 2 months after acute myocardium infarct at the stage of reablement. At the first day coagulation coefficient is determined and unfavorable course of postinfarct period (postinfarct stenocardia, repeated myocardium infarct, sudden death) is prognosticated at value above 2.8. Uncompleted course of disease for 1 year of observation is prognosticated at value less 2.7. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of method.
