FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: blood serum is analysed for oxidation-resistant lipoprotein (ORL), and blood plasma is analysed for ectoglobular haemoglobin (EGH). If observing a decreased level of ORL lower than 4.0 nm/mg of β-lipoproteids and an increased EGH more than 60 mol/l, repairing myocardial infarction is diagnosed, and an increasing level of ORL is more than or equal to 4.0 nm/mg of β-lipoproteids and a decreased level of EGH less than or equal to 60 mol/l, postinfarction cardiosclerosis is diagnosed.
EFFECT: using the method enables high-precise differential diagnostics of repairing myocardial infarction and postinfarction cardiosclerosis and selected adequate therapeutic patient surveillance.
