METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF RECURRENT MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC G01N33/72 G01N33/92

Abstract RU 2424531 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: patient with acute myocardial infarction (MI) during the healing MI is examined for oxidated modified lipoproteids (OLP) and ectoglobular haemoglobin (EGH) in blood serum. If the OLP values are 13.5 nM/mg of β-lipoproteids and higher, while the EGH level is 60 mol/l and higher, developing recurrent MI is predicted.

EFFECT: use of the method allows high-accuracy detection of possibility of recurrent MI and choosing an adequate approach to patient management.
