SUBSTANCE: method involves determining quantitative ratio between pyruvic acid and lactate concentration in saliva. The value being equal to or greater than 0.48, low hypoxia compensation chances requiring medicamentous intervention are to be predicted. The value being less than 0.48, adequate hypoxia compensation response is to be predicted without medicamentous intervention being required.

EFFECT: high accuracy of noninvasive method; wide range of applications in examining cardiovascular system condition of young people to be called to military service.
