FIELD: telecommunication, applicable for estimation of the number of stations operating in group spectrum at radio monitoring of asynchronous address communication systems, using multistation access with code separation of channels. SUBSTANCE: the number of stations operating in group spectrum is estimated by determining the maximum number of phase changes for time equal to duration of element of pseudorandom sequence. The known device for analysis of signals with phase-shift keying, using a square-wave generator, first and second differentiators, first, second and third adders, first and second squarers, phase shifter, counter and an AND gate, additionally has a second counter, comparator, first and second registers, decoder and indicator, first and second amplifiers. Introduction of new units and couplings in the offered device enhances probability of coverage by monitoring of information sources. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 cl, 6 dwg
