FIELD: communication. SUBSTANCE: in security-restricted system 100 communication devices of different communication groups may be simultaneously returned by a key over radio communication channel due to formation of key data pack 121 by main key control unit 101. Key data pack 121, containing key 122, key pseudonym 123 and key representation 125, is transmitted at least to one local key control unit 102. After reception of key data pack 121 the local key control unit on the basis of the key pseudonym determines which communication devices of which communication groups are to be returned by key. After this determination key representation 125, which represents coding key 122 is transmitted to communication devices thus simultaneously returning many communication devices of many communication groups.
