FIELD: fishing industry, in particular, fish catching equipment of the type having bottom gill net and adapted for fishing in deep waters of basins. SUBSTANCE: device has two locks connected in series, annular cable with loops and stop, thrust ring with weight, central anchor and beacon. First lock has control cable and is permanently connected with rope running from chamber of catching apparatus and detachably connected with one loop of annular cable. Second lock has four main plates and one control plate, which are pivotally connected so that lock has the appearance of an arrow, when lock is in folded state, and forms triangle, when it is in unfolded state, with length of triangle base exceeding inner diameter of thrust ring. Annular cable is passed through thrust ring and opening in one main plate of second lock in apex part of arrow/triangle and is connected with its ends to control plate of second plate. First lock is made L-shaped. EFFECT: enhanced reliability in operation in deep waters and simplified construction. 2 cl, 3 dwg
