FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has plunger with contact end-piece directly engageable with eyeball membranes, pressure control unit and circuit for measuring plunger displacement. The pressure control unit has hydraulic drive mounted between the plunger and contact end-piece. The circuit for measuring plunger displacement has two induction transducers mounted for concurrently and independently measuring pressure and plunger displacement. Suspension units of plunger with pin and induction transducers have tongue springs. Computer system carries out data control, processing and representation. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of diagnostic examination under in- and outdoor conditions. 2 dwg
