SUBSTANCE: system and method for delivering microporous medical treatments to improve biomechanics are provided, wherein the system includes a laser for generating a laser beam on the treatment axis that is not aligned with the patient’s visual axis, made with the possibility of being used in subsurface ablative medical treatments to create a matrix structure of micropores that improves biomechanics. The matrix structure of micropores is at least one of a radial structure, a spiral structure, a phyllotactic structure, or an asymmetric structure.
EFFECT: providing a system for the eye treatment.
