FIELD: medicine, in particular, methods of production of material possessing thromboresistive and biocompatible properties applicable in general and vascular surgery, for instance, in capacity of suturing material and implant. SUBSTANCE: method is based on dispersion of polyvinylidene fruoride with saturated solution of potassium hydroxide in mixture of methyl alcohol with acetone with their weight ratio of 10:90 and at temperature of 18-20 C for 20-50 min with simultaneous, exposure to effect of ultrasonic field. Produced thromboresistive biocompatible material may be in the form of fibrous or film material based on carbine and may be used in general and vascular surgery in the capacity of suturing material or implant. Experimental researches of specimens made of material offered by the invention and implanted in liver, pancreas, stomach and also used as vessels woven from filament of this material, with subsequent conduction of histological investigations at different stages have proved high thromboresistive and biocompatible properties of the offered material. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl, 1 tbl
