SUBSTANCE: device has cover with pneumatic nozzle provided with knife whose cutting edge is made in the form of several (for example, ten) cutting members arranged over circumference with cutting angle α. Adhesive outlet nozzle also has knife with similar cutting members. Adhesive-holding bag easily opens when turning cover through riffled side surface or adhesive outlet nozzle through hexahedral surface.
