FIELD: joint storage and recovery of various wastes. SUBSTANCE: method involves pre-analyzing topographic, geological, and hydrogeological characteristics of waste disposal territory followed by forming pit and shaft. Water- tight polyethylene-film diaphragm is installed on side slopes of pit and on disposal foot, drain and cushion are made above diaphragm. Side walls of pit are formed of pressed solid-waste briquettes of 1-2.3 t/sq.m density. Space between walls formed by solid-waste briquettes is filled with waste water sediments having moisture content of 55-60%. EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities, improved efficiency, and reduced expenses for making disposal area environmentally friendly. 1 dwg
