FIELD: environment control; joint stockpiling and utilization of various waste. SUBSTANCE: first. territories of burial of wastes are subjected to topographic, geological and hydrogeolocical analysis followed by formation of pit, core and dump. Watertight shield is formed over lateral slopes of pit and base; gravel-sand bed is made above this shield; lateral walls of pit are inclined relative to base. Distributing reinforced concrete slab is laid on bottom of pit within base of core and core is formed on this slab from large-fragment material. Tight shield whose height is equal to 1/3 of height of core is provided in upper portion of core; this shield has holes for gas discharge pipes. Inner portion of dump is formed depending on physico-chemical properties of wastes or layer by layer with sealing, or by filling to design height without mechanical sealing by forming a layer of pressed briquettes of solid domestic wastes which are coated by insulating layer of soil. intermediate zone, 0.8 to 1.0 m in size is made between this layer and inner portion of dump from sand-gravel soil. EFFECT: extended field of application; enhanced efficiency; reduced expenses. 1 dwg
