FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: building up of wear compensating metal is performed on external surface of hub along flange coupling radius, and hot stepped deformation is carried out. First holes for rivets are formed on flange by means of peripheral pressure circular punch with definite force P1, applied. As a result, half-circle crescent-shaped grooves arranged symmetrically around holes are formed. This done, hub is squeezed around mandrel by central punch with definite force P2 at the same time acting with fused metal on original material of hub, displacing it on worn-out castellated surface and replacing it on external inoperative surface. Then slit-type hole is calibrated in closed stamp by force Ppr at temperature of hub material recrystallization by means of mandrel press crosspiece movable in opposite direction, coupled to pusher and being punch-broach at the same time. Forged piece obtained is subjected to isothermal annealing, chemical thermal treatment and cutting. Method may be used in restoration by pressure of driven disc hubs of 01M-2107, 6T2-2107, 64-21101, СМД14-2112 of tractor engines A-01, A-41, СМД-14, СМД-64 and other similar parts of complicated configuration which have several defects. EFFECT: higher efficiency of parts restoration. 3 dwg
