FIELD: concrete article production technology. SUBSTANCE: this stand and flow-line method for production of concrete articles can be used in large-scale construction primarily of low-storied buildings. According to method, cellular-concrete articles are produced on linear forming and unshuttering stands with comb-like or string-adjusting form fittings. Cellular-concrete mix is produced in three-auger mixing unit with double-side delivery to it of foam mass from foam generator. Concrete mix is delivered to first stage of thermal treatment directly to linear stands which are made in the form of hermetic box-section air ducts. Hot air is supplied at temperature up to 100 C and higher. Articles are formed and heated at temperature up to 60-90 C. After unshuttering, articles are placed on wooden pallets with technological clearances up to 0.1 m and carried to tunnel-slot chambers for secondary thermal treatment with delivery to chambers of hot air at temperature up to 80 C from linear stands and this is accompanied with blowing through technological clearances between articles. Aforesaid method ensures production of high-quality articles with guaranteed grade of strength and density at low moisture content. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
