FIELD: construction engineering, particularly, lines for production of foam concrete mixes and designs of molding attachments for them. SUBSTANCE: line for manufacture of foam concrete products includes located in process flow sequence metering devices for dry and liquid components, foam-concrete mixer, unloading device with mortar line for filling molds with cellular concrete mixes in molding attachments. Compressor is connected by means of check valve to mixer made airtight with turbulent working member and provided with diaphragm-type cavitator located at end of mortar supply line. Molding attachments have bottom, side members, separating planes and steel strings for cutting of plastic foam concrete. Molding attachments are additionally provided with unit for reciprocation of strings in longitudinal and vertical directions with regulated frequency of vibrations from 80 to 200 vibrations per minute with amplitude of 0.5-10 cm and vertical motion of strings at speed of 5-40 cm/min for smooth bypassing of sand grains. EFFECT: simplified process of product manufacture and higher quality of products. 2 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl
