FIELD: construction machinery and equipment. SUBSTANCE: foam-concrete mixer is intended for producing cellular-concrete, cement-ash mixes in construction and other industries. Arranged in body of foam-concrete mixer are working members in the form of bladed auger shafts with electric motor. Two bladed shafts are located at one level. Bottom auger is installed in axially symmetric space of bottom. Mixer body has one, two or three sections depending on what is delivered: ready cement-sand mortar, ready mix of dry components, or mix of dry components at their separate proportioning. Power transmission from motor to shaft of bottom auger is of V-belt type. Its drive gear is engaged with driven gear which is secured on one of two auger shafts located overhead. Shafts are counterrotating. Foam-concrete mixer allows for producing mixes of high homogeneity. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 6 dwg
