FIELD: manufacture of building materials; applicable, mainly, in manufacture of heat-insulating and sound-proofing polystyrene boards and similar products. SUBSTANCE: principal design distinguishing features of production line consist in use of steeply inclined auger granulator supplied with hot air from, for instance, electric heating fan operation on liquid or gaseous fuel due to which efficient performing of bead polystyrene is effected with its conversion into spherical granules 10-12 mm in diameter supplied at semiautomatic or automatic conditions to molding equipment furnished, for example, with electric heaters generating steam of preset parameters and its pulse supply to molding hollow formed by water-filled bottom plate with electric heaters and molding frame with internal sizes corresponding to overall dimensions of molded products closed with rigid cover providing for their prepressing in process of high-pressure steaming and reciprocating, for instance, by means of reversing electric hoist together with molding frame.
