SUBSTANCE: floating plant includes floating hull with semi-submersible vehicle and drive for hoisting and sinking this vehicle made in form of hollow vertical mast mounted in guides of tower of floating hull. Hollow vertical mast is provided with wells of lift and emergency ladder, as well as with working cabin located in lower portion of mast. Working cabin is provided with control instruments for equipment mounted on the outside of cabin. EFFECT: enhanced safety in conducting underwater jobs. 3 cl, 3 dwg
