FIELD: shipbuilding; floating hulls for performing underwater work. SUBSTANCE: floating hull includes pontoon, semisubmersible vehicle, device for launching it and power supply and compressed air sources. Weight displacement of working cabin of semisubmersible vehicle is equal to its mass. Device for launching the semisubmersible vehicle includes tractive member which embraces at least three guide sprockets fitted on axles of pontoon struts. Tractive member forms one or several horizontal branches with counter-weights mounted in them whose length is equal to depth of submergence of semisubmersible vehicle. Ends of flexible tractive member are secured on upper and lower ends of semisubmersible vehicle. One of guide sprockets is used as drive sprocket. EFFECT: unlimited displacement of working cabin; reduced power requirements for submergence and surfacing. 4 cl, 7 dwg
