FIELD: inspection of underwater objects. SUBSTANCE: vehicle includes outer hull whose fore portion is made in form of three-axis ellipsoid whose diametral buttock and middle waterline have form of ellipses with equal larger half-axes; aft portion has form of oblate ellipsoid whose diametral buttock and middle waterline have form of circles whose radii exceed length of aft portion. Above-mentioned ellipsoids get in contact over midship section. Longitudinal and transversal members of load-bearing frame are located inside outer hull; distance between members is equal to larger half-axis of midship section; member is located at distance from aft extremity equal to 1/4 of length of outer hull. Rigidly secured between members is bottom portion of outer hull made separately from it. Members are made from composite material formed by two layers of glass-reinforced plastic with layer of spheroplastic between them; members of outer hull are made from glass-reinforced plastic. Horizontal stabilizers are rigidly secured to members; bearing skis are extension of longitudinal members. EFFECT: reduced drag and increased useful volume. 12 cl, 6 dwg
