FIELD: biology, medicine, immunology. SUBSTANCE: blood is diluted with sodium chloride-base hyperosmotic medium where sucrose is added additionally. Cell suspension is applied on slide as a thin layer and incubated at 18-20 C for 30 min. Then preparation is dried, fixed and stained by conventional methods used in hematology followed by counting aureole and leukocytes not forming aureoles under microscope. Obtained preparation is stained constantly that ensures to carry out more profound analysis. Method can be used for immune state estimation. EFFECT: improved method of blood cell detection.
