FIELD: radiolocation, specifically, direction finding of active interference stations. SUBSTANCE: technical result of invention consists in measurement of noise suppression factor of correlation autocompensator under conditions of lack of difference between legitimate signal and noise. With this in mind ratio of signal received by additional antenna having gap in direction of major lobe in radiation pattern of key antenna and signal from output of autocompensator is computed. Device for realization of method by change of noise suppression factor includes key and additional antennas which outputs are connected to main and compensation inputs of correlation autocompensator. Device is inserted with two analog-to-digital converters and unit computing signal ratio. Input of first analog-to-digital converter is connected to output of correlation autocompensator and input of second analog-to-digital converter is connected to output of additional antenna. Outputs of analog-to-digital converters are connected to inputs of unit computing signal ratio which output is output of device.
