FIELD: electrical and mechanical engineering, in particular, for connection of flexible current conductors. SUBSTANCE: flexible current conductors are located in planes which pass through rotation axis. They are mounted in stationary and rotating members. Invention uses elasticity of flexible conductors to keep their shape during device operations. Length of flexible conductors and maximal number of current conductors which are located at equal distance from rotation axis conform to condition given in invention specification.
