FIELD: shipbuilding; designing of vessels with air cavity in bottom. SUBSTANCE: vessel has hull with cavity in bottom and main internal combustion engine provided with exhaust pipe line where turbo-supercharger is mounted; suction air pipe line of turbosupercharger is brought in communication with atmosphere and delivery air pipe line is brought in communication with bottom cavity; exhaust pipe line is in free communication with atmosphere after turbo-supercharger. Main internal combustion engine may be provided with actuating mechanism of speed governor and revolution sensor; exhaust pipe line is provided with smoothly adjustable control damper fitted between main engine and turbo-supercharger; damper is provided with actuating mechanism; turbo-supercharger may be equipped with revolution sensor. Vessel may be provided with log and microprocessor which may be electrically connected with turbo-supercharger revolution sensor, damper actuating mechanism, main engine revolution sensor, actuating mechanism of main engine revolution sensor and log. It is good practice to equip exhaust pipe line of such vessel with two branches escaping from body of above-mentioned damper; total passage area of two outlet branches is no less than section of inlet branch with damper in any position.
