FIELD: microbiology, biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: pseudomonades are grown by submerged method in fermenter under the forced aeration of nutrient medium. Process period is 12-15 h, temperature is 25-37 C, medium pH is 6.8-6.9 at addition of 10% glucose solution. Culturing is carried out in the presence of perfluorodecaline at amount 5-15 vol.% of nutrient medium content of the following composition, wt.-%: casein hydrolyzate hydrochloride 0.3-1.5; pea enzymatic hydrolyzate 0.3-0.4; black albumin enzymatic hydrolyzate 0.05-0.13; magnesium sulfate 0.01-0.04; iron sulfate pentahydrate 0.001-0.005, and distilled water up to 100 ml. The yield of biomass is (2.5-3.0) x 1010 microbe cells/ml biomass and active proteolytic enzymes detected at dilution of broth culture (1:1010)-(1:1012).
