SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microbiology and biotechnology, namely to liquid microbiological nutrient media for obtaining biomass of the Yersinia (Y.) pestis EV vaccine strain. Described is a liquid nutrient medium with increased cumulative properties for obtaining biomass of Yersinia pestis EV, containing: acid hydrolyzate of corn syrup, diluted to an amino nitrogen content of 120 mg% 89.0 ml; enzymatic hydrolyzate of casein dry 20.0 g; sodium chloride 3.0 g; sodium phosphate 2-substituted 12-water 2.0 g; sodium sulphate 0.35 g; enzymatic peptone 10.0 g; ammonium molybdate 4-water 0.5 g; sodium citrate 5.0 g; Mohr's salt 0.4 g; iron (II) sulfate 7-water 20.0 mg; magnesium sulfate 20.0 mg; sodium carbonate 3.0 g; sodium hydroxide, solution 20% 3.0 ml; glucose, solution 40% 10.0 ml; active wood charcoal 20.0 g; distilled water up to 1 liter.

EFFECT: liquid nutrient medium with increased accumulative properties for obtaining Yersinia pestis EV biomass allows increasing the concentration of vaccine strain cells and the percentage of live microbial cells in the grown biomass.
