FIELD: equipment for applying coats onto metallic materials by dipping to melt metal, namely equipment for producing tubes, particularly zinc-coated tubes. SUBSTANCE: installation includes bath with melt metal, apparatus for charging and augers arranged in said bath for moving and discharging tubes out of melt onto inclined roller table, screw roller, drum, supporting gauge, drawing and centering rollers placed over said bath in zone of tube outlet, annular nozzle. Three first start turns of screw cone roller have variable pitch and turn height; ratio of pitch values of said turns consists respectively: 1:0.92:0.65. Height value of each subsequent turn is less than height of previous one by 1.2-1.5 times. All remaining turns of said roller have the same pitch and height and their parameters are equal to parameters of third start turn. Guiding gauge is mounted with possibility of height adjusting over start portion of said screw cone roller between second start turn and said drum. Working profile of guiding gauge provides constant gap between apexes of turns and body of said gauge. Installation also includes chain conveyer with magnetic levers and blowing-through device with working head in the form of cone nozzle.
