FIELD: metallurgy; coating application.
SUBSTANCE: plant includes a bath for melt, a loading device, kinematically connected loading and unloading screws with adjustable guides, a thrust ruler, a circular blowing nozzle, and pulling magnetic rollers; for controlled advancing of the tube from the loading screw side to the external side of the unloading screw, in the melt, in each of the screw ends, a cylinder is located, cantilever fitted and installed tangentially to the helical peripheral part of the turn of the corresponding screw, the cylinder length being more than the maximum diameter of the transported tube, the cylinder being the extension of the helical peripheral part of the screw; the screw shafts are installed at an angle equal to the difference of the straight angle and the angle of lead of the helical peripheral part of the screw turn. The plant allows to increase capacity without interrupting the process.
EFFECT: capacity increase without process interruption.
