FIELD: automobile electrical equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has coolant temperature sensor 1, engine crankshaft speed sensor 2, ambient temperature sensor 3, logic unit 4, first switch 5, second switch 6, inverter 7, self-discharge integrator 8, low- frequency filter 9, threshold device 10, and display unit 11. Crankshaft speed sensor 2 is connected to first input of logic unit 4, ambient temperature sensor 3, to second input of logic unit 4 whose first output is connected to control input of first switch 5; second output of logic unit 4 is connected to control input of second switch 6. Coolant temperature sensor 1 is connected to inputs of inverter 7 and first switch 5; output of inverter 7 is connected to input of second switch 6. Outputs of first and second switches 5 and 6 are interconnected and connected to input of self-discharge inverter 8 whose output is connected through low-frequency filter 9 and threshold device 10 to display unit 11. EFFECT: improved protection of internal-combustion engine against operation under almost emergency conditions. 3 dwg
