FIELD: testing and measuring instruments and signalling devices for transport vehicles, possibly devices for controlling real time and main operational parameters of transport vehicle. SUBSTANCE: specialized wrist watch includes member for fixing body of wrist watch on control panel of transport vehicle. Said panel is provided with electric connector whose one side is connected to outlets of pickups of controlled parameters of transport vehicle and to outlet of pickup of code of unit for antidriving away. Other side of said connector is connected to inlets of input switching unit and to inlet of actuator of antidriving away unit respectively. Outlet of switching unit through analog-to-digital converter and intermediate switching unit is connected through input registers to inlets of comparators and computing units. Other inlets of comparators are connected to registers of constant values. Outlets of comparators are connected to inlets of "OR" gate and to inlet of symbol switch. Outlets of computing units are connected also to inlets of symbol switch and to inlets of digit switch. Outlet of digit switch through output decoder, output register and digit signal shaper is connected to digital cells of indicator. Outlet of symbol switch through second output decoder, second output register and symbol signal shaper is connected to symbol cell of indicator. Outlet of "OR" gate is connected to buzzer.
