FIELD: regenerating systems of steam- turbine plants of thermal and nuclear power stations. SUBSTANCE: heat-transfer surface has heat-transfer tubes 2 and condensate-accumulating troughs 3,4 all accommodated in case 1. Troughs 3,4 are arranged in tiers and in each tier they face on one end case 1 and on other, its axis. Troughs 3,4 are expanding from case axis to case 1 with the result that in each cell of case cross-sectional area last portion of steam condenses at end of heat-transfer surface irrespective of location of this cell in cross-sectional area of this space. This provides for definite location of region of maximum concentration of noncondensing gases. EFFECT: reduced blowdown air requirement for extracting these gases and reduced heating steam loss in blowdown process. 3 cl, 7 dwg
