FIELD: reprocessing of secondary raw materials, in particular, equipment for collecting and reprocessing of metal-containing objects, including semi-submerged ships or objects from shallow water. SUBSTANCE: machine has amphibian chassis with frame, control cabin, engine and propellers, displacement body with sides and platform, container, whose side walls are positioned within space defined by sides of displacement body, manipulating crane with gripping device, pulling winch with cable. Container is pivotally secured on chassis frame for rotation about horizontal axis by means of hydraulic cylinder. Side walls of container are positioned within body sides. L-shaped membrane is attached to outer surface of container and is mounted in transverse plane of container extending through its axis of rotation so that membrane is engageable with flexible member fixed on ends of sides and platform of displacement body. Manipulating crane and processing equipment are mounted on platform and hydraulic cylinder is attached with its one end on rear wall of container and with its other end on frame of chassis.
