FIELD: shipbuilding; water transport for surface and under surface running. SUBSTANCE: vessel has displacement hull with transom and planing bottom, pressurized motor units kinematically linked with surface and underwater propellers, reservoirs for control of buoyancy by means of filling them with water or air and watertight compartment with room for crew and control console. Above-water portion of hull is streamlined in shape with narrowing stern. Stern of hull is provided with underwater running stabilizer whose profile is bent in vertical transversal plane; it is symmetrical relative to ship's CL. Span of stabilizer in horizontal plane dies not exceed width of hull in midship section. Stabilizer is mounted outside ship's hull and may be rigidly secured in two positions: in working position at underwater running and in transport position at surface running. In working position, stabilizer is extended beyond ship's transport and boundary layer of hydrodynamic flow washing the ship's hull; in transportation position, stabilizer is pressed to upper portion of hull in section between midship plane and transom forming the streamlined system together with hull. EFFECT: enhanced stability of motion; improved handiness of vessel; reduced power requirements; enhanced stability of vessel. 10 cl, 3 dwg
