FIELD: transport engineering; slewing mechanisms of lifting truck cranes and reversible articulated manipulators. SUBSTANCE: turnable pillar has box-shaped housing and support with gear connected with housing. Support consists of two coaxial shafts. Upper shaft has bead for welded on lugs. Lower shaft of support is connected with upper shaft by means of press-fitting and by two belts of radially oriented precision bushings installed in coaxial holes in shaft walls concentrically with clamping bolts. Through coaxial vertical slots are cut in housing and upper portion of support to receive end pieces of lugs. EFFECT: improved operation reliability. 6 cl, 11 dwg
